Detail
The photographed model of the famous trading ship 'Cutty Sark,' evocative of nostalgia and wanderlust, serves as the anchor of this installation, which appropriates and re-coordinates the elements of the model vessel and the concepts of map making. As a result both ships coexist in close vicinity to each other, one in a shop window and the other in an exhibition space, continuing their roles as vessels to be filled with dreams and projections.
